Curbside Pick-up Instructions:  
Once you get your luggage call us at 1-800-875-1935. We will send your vehicle to the designated terminal pick up spot.

Inside Airport Pick-up Instructions:  
For all International arrivals your chauffeur will meet you inside the airport terminal 45 minutes after the flight arriving time. For all Domestic arrivals your chauffeur will meet you inside the airport terminal 10 minutes after the flight arriving time. Wait Time Policies:  
30 minutes of free wait time for Domestic flights and 45 minutes of free wait time for International flights. All pick-ups from New York City will have 10 minutes of free wait time. Additional waiting time will be calculated in increments of 15 minutes at the vehicle's hourly rate. On street address pickups waiting time starts 10 minutes after the reserved pickup time i.e. a car is reserved to pick up at 12 pm, the car will be on location at 12pm. Wait time will start at 12:10 pm. We urge you to please be on time as traffic can never be monitored and estimated correctly. For Premium level service rates contact JFK Limousine at 800.875.1935.

No Shows - Late cancellations:
Charges will be applied if a client is a no show without prior notification. All No Shows will be charged in full. If you can't find your chauffeur please contact us at 800-875-1935. Cancellations for Sedan must be made 8 Hrs prior to the trip time by Phone. Cancellations for all other vehicles must be made 24 Hrs prior to the trip time by phone or they will be charged in full.

The customers will be solely responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle. No alcoholic beverages will be tolerated to any passenger under the age of 21. JFK Limo Service will not be responsible for any items, personal property or valuables left in the vehicles. By offering credit card numbers to be charged, when a reservation is made, either by telephone, electronically or by any means, client is waiving all rights to future litigation against Song Enterprises, Inc.
